Growth Marketing Manager (Contract)
We're seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to drive our customer acquisition and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in data-driven marketing, campaign optimization, and cross-channel growth initiatives.
This is a flexible, remote, hourly or project-based role with the potential to expand based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved ROI
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Manage digital marketing budget and resource allocation

Requirements:

Strategic Acquisitions & Partnerships Lead (Contract)
We're seeking a highly motivated Strategic Acquisitions & Partnerships Lead to spearhead our efforts in acquiring profitable media companies and complementary SaaS products. This role is perfect for someone who understands the SaaS landscape, can identify high-potential acquisition targets, and can drive strategic deals that align with our growth goals. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale our portfolio and expand our reach through intelligent partnerships and acquisitions.
This is a flexible, remote, hourly or project-based role with the potential to expand based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities in media and SaaS that align with our product and growth strategy
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential deals, from sourcing to closing
- Conduct strategic and financial analysis on target companies
- Develop relationships with founders, brokers, and other stakeholders in the acquisition ecosystem
- Lead due diligence and collaborate with legal, finance, and product teams to execute deals
- Explore and negotiate strategic partnerships that enhance distribution, product integration, or market access
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in acquisitions, partnerships, venture scouting, or strategic development (bonus if in SaaS or media)
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, business models, and growth dynamics
- Experience evaluating businesses for profitability, strategic fit, and synergy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a founder-like mindset and strong business intuition
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA a plus)
